Pigmented, works great in waterline & on eyes, very creamy!
This comes in a nice white outer product box with gold writing. It is made in Italy. It says it’s vegan and cruelty free. The ingredients are listed. The pencil is a standard pencil that needs to be sharpened. I always prefer twist up pencils. But, I don’t hate ones that need sharpened. With twist up ones, you only get the product they provide inside, which sometimes isn’t much, and the tips can break easily, lessening the amount you have even more. With ones that need sharpened, you can use it right down to the very end, and the tips don’t usually break easy. So, while it’s not as easy as twisting up, it does have its pros. This claims that it “glides across the eyelid and never pulls.” I ABSOLUTELY agree with that! The words that come to mind when I first tried this - “OH MY GOODNESS!” Seriously! It’s sooooooo creamy! It glides right on! No tugging, no skipping. Just glides right across the skin! It’s the same on the waterlines! I love when a pencil liner is creamy and glides on. Who wants a pencil tugging or scraping on their eyes?! I was so shocked with how easily this glided on, while also being extremely pigmented! This claims to be “blackest black,” which I absolutely agree with! This claims to be waterproof, which I definitely agree with…once it sets. If you want, you can apply some to your eyelid and then smudge it out. But, make sure you smudge it immediately because once it has a minute to set, it isn’t going to budge. When I use it in my waterline, if I blink right away before it has time to set, it can sometimes transfer black into my eye. I’ve had that happen with creamy liners like this. I honestly don’t mind because even though it transfers onto the white of my eye if I blink before it sets, that goes away once I blink again 😂 And, it doesn’t do that at all once it’s set, which doesn’t take long. So, I don’t mind at all! I’d honestly rather have it be creamy like this and transfer before it sets than have it feel dry or waxy. Now, it’s so creamy, it does need to be sharpened A LOT. That can get annoying, which is why I like twist up pencils. But, even those need sharpened. Luckily, I don’t need it to be to precise, so I don’t mind if it isn’t too pointed. But, even though I don’t need to sharpen it too often, it’ll still go down pretty quickly. At $25 (at the time of writing this review), for it to go down quickly, that’s a lot.The only downside I see is the price. $25 for a pencil eyeliner is very pricey to me! I love to save money whenever I can, so I love the drugstore! The drugstore has come so far with their products. Nowadays you don’t have to spend a ton to get a great product. I have a ton of eyeliners that I absolutely love - they are pigmented, creamy, and last well - and they came from the drugstore. They never cost more than around $5 or $6 for a pencil. So, I don’t really ever see it being worth it to spend more than that, especially 5x that, for an eyeliner. Now, if the eyeliner came in some unique color, then I could justify it. But, this liner only comes in black. Yes, it’s very black and pigmented, but I have drugstore liners that are very black and pigmented, creamy, and work just as great in the waterline. Plus, with this being so creamy, it needs sharpened a lot. It doesn’t need sharpening quite as often for me since I don’t need it to be precise, so don’t need it pointy. But, if you’re going to want it to be precise and need it pointy, you’ll be sharpening it pretty much after each use. So, it’ll be down to nothing in no time! So, overall, I just don’t see the point in paying $25 for an eyeliner when I can get one that’s just as creamy, pigmented, and works just as well in the same color for less. But, if they come out with more colors and any of them are unique colors that would be worth it to me, then I would consider it.Overall, I think this is an amazing eyeliner! It’s pigmented. The eyeliner is so creamy that it just glides on smoothly. It doesn’t scratch, tug, or skip when applying. It can be smudged out or let it set and it will stay in place all day long! It works amazing in the waterline. I don’t like to review based on price since we all have different views on affordable/expensive, so taking price out of it, I think anyone who loves pigmented, creamy liners that work great in the waterline and on the eyes will love this! As long as you’re aware that it is creamy so it needs sharpened a lot (pretty much after each use if you’re going to want it to be pointy each time), so it’ll go quickly. As long as you don’t mind that, I would definitely recommend this!

Great alternative to liquid eyeliner
I ordered this Natasha Moor: Ultra Black Eyeliner, in “Kohl Me Fantastick” for myself. I didn't have black eyeliner and wanted to try it out before an upcoming wedding. This Natasha Moor eyeliner is supposed to be waterproof and smudge proof but is any eyeliner? Yes, this eyeliner does a pretty good job of staying put once it's applied to the upper lid but not so much my lower lid, severe it did have a tendency to smudge pretty badly depending on how much I applied. This eyeliner is in pencil form and needs to be sharpened frequently. In my opinion, pencil eyeliner is the easiest to apply and this makes a good alternative to liquid eyeliner. This is a a non-irritating pencil that's kohl black and goes on smoothly. It does work well on the water line but won't last all day, you'll have to reapply after about 4 hours. Because it's non-irritating, you can use it on your waterline, although throughout the day it does tend to collect in the lacrimal caruncle (the corner of your eye). With this creamy pencil, you can get anywhere from a very thin line to thicker lines depending on how frequently and now aggressively you sharpen the pencil. Softer and thicker lines on the upper lid tend to be more flattering for most women and especially those with eyes that have a few more folds, or more mature eyes. So, a thicker, slightly smudged line might be what you're after anyway. Sharper, thinner lines tend to be a little too harsh for many people. Unfortunately, if you like a sharp thin line, you'll be sharpening with almost every use. So this pencil is really better suited to lines that are a bit thicker. This makes a great alternative to liquid eyeliner and achieves as dark a line as black liquid eyeliner, it's also easier to apply. I do like this eyeliner but it does take some getting used to if you're not used to using pencil eyeliner. Once you get used to the consistency it's really easier than liquid eyeliner to apply.Recommended!

Dark but the tip is too soft. Liner migrates under my eyes.
This black pencil eyeliner is a simple one that needs sharpening. The pigment is very dark but the tip was so soft when I first used it that the whole top of the pencil broke off. I had to sharpen it to get a thin tip again. It does apply easily without skipping and looks nice on. But after a few hours, I have racoon eyes if I apply it on my lower lash line. It doesn't really flake but, it seems to migrate down around my eyes.On my upper lash line, it applies pretty well but fades after a few hours to a lighter almost charcoal shade. It's a pricey pencil and so basic. I would be happy with it nonetheless if it stayed put and didn't cause my eye area to look darker than it already is. Your luck may be better than mine, of course, but this pencil is more like a cheap drugstore one than a premium one for me.

Fine Liner
Natasha Moor: Ultra Black EyelinerI like this liner - it is very black and creates a fine line. It is easy to control but is a bit stiff and not as creamy as I prefer. It can be used along the waterline but tends to migrate into your lower lashes easily. It doesn't really move once applied unless it is really hot and humid outside then it tends to slide a bit. The color is good and I like the fine line but this isn't my favorite eyeliner. You do need to have a sharpener on hand to use this.

Looks great on my eyes
I do like this ultra black eyeliner, it really brings out my eyes. It goes on smoothly in one nice long line and it’s soft. I did smudge it as I don’t like the straight thin line look and it was harder to smudge than my other pencils. The liner stayed put all day in exactly the place I applied it. This could be because I live in the desert where it’s extremely dry, our humidity is around 9%.I like it, it’s working well for me. It’s not my all time favorite liner but it is a good eyeliner and I will be using it often.
