I am looking for something to wear for yoga that I can insert my orthotic arch support in to. Would these be suitable?

These socks are excellent to stop slipping on the mat during yoga but they are very close fitting and I don’t think there would be room for your arch support.

can you please add a size chart? S M L = ??? what

The size chart is in the listing photos

Are the straps of these non slip please? I'm looking to use these for pole fitness and hoping to climb the pole in them.

They’re a thick band of elastic like you’d get in a waistband etc. really comfy and I imagine the elastic content would be enough to be grippy. But do you mean you want the sock to stay in place while you use your soles to climb? In which case I’d recommend going down a size. For example I’m a 40/41 so bought the XL and they’re great and don’t move even when I played rugby in them (sharp turns and stops) but they weren’t right enough to swim in so I bought the L and they’ve been perfect for swimming and still don’t feel too tight for every day things.
