Great Visual Aids
I'm a Private Investigator, and have used these several times. They're sturdy, and fit well in the case. The case I had to buy separately. Which made the whole thing expensive for what they are. However, in my line of work, they work great.

Great item just wished that they came with more
Only 1-20 as specified but would like for them to provide more for major scenes.

Necessity for any real crime scene processing
Used these on a few crime scenes...much better than folding up paper that blows down the street. Also much more beneficial when taking scene photos.

Not worth the money
Overpriced, thin plastic... Due to the small size, you'll be hard-pressed to get all of your placards in a single general layout/orientation pic in which the numbers are legible.
