Good mixer
Good mixer but the bigger jar’s lock was too flimsy, another observation is that there is warnish oil leak seen from jars

Sorry to say but poor quality, and failure on first use
Unfortunately poor quality visibly (poor finish, out of shape seals/ gaskets), and also poor in performance (tooth on motor plastic gear broke off and the jar cap flew off in the first ever use). I had high hopes since heard good review from a friend but our personal experience was quite poor. Sorry to say.

Extremely disappointed Product Quality
I received a broken machine right out of the box and it doesn’t work at all. worse part is it even had clear signs of being used: scratches, dust, and repackaging that didn’t look original. I paid for a new product, not a refurbished or returned one. This is unacceptable and will think twice before buying from this seller again.

Go For It
I love this mixer grinder. It's so powerful and can handle all the spices I use for my Indian dishes. Sometimes it doesn't get them as fine as I want, but that's okay. It's not too loud either, which is nice. It looks sleek and doesn't cost a lot. It's easy to clean and doesn't take up much space on my counter. I'm happy with my purchase.

Stopped working after 2 years of light use.
It stopped working altogether after 2 years. Used mostly the small jar for grinding chutneys and masala paste, which worked for the 2 years. But when using the large jar grinder with a load of 2 cups of wet rice, it would shut off every minute or so. May have used the large one for all of 3 or 4 times in the 2 years I had it because the frequent shutting off was very inconvenient.The finish of the product was mediocre i.e the handles which were fixed with screws, would loosen after a single session of grinding.
