Could these be treated to be used outdoors?

I would consider that the surface on which you are going to be use them on would be more of a problem rather than there suitability of outside use. They are made of a substantial thickness of steel that would last so would agree on outdoor use they could be sprayed with a preservative oil.

Contact the vendor. Mine arrived with screws.

Hi do you have any of these where the hole spacing is 35 mm by 35 mm

My husband used the existing pre drilled holes as supplied

Can tou use these for the bottom of a wardrobe

Depends how big and heavy the wardrobe is. They are pretty sturdy and run smooth, mine are taking a lot of weight at the moment - ikea 4x cube pax shelf stuffed to the rim with books, ps4, games, tools, and tv on top - and are doing a good job. But, for an adults wardrobe I would perhaps put an extra pair? Good luck
