Is it comfortable bare foot? Looking for something supportive and comfortable.

I thought it was comfortable in bare feet. Just be careful not to stub your toes on it. :-) (Disclaimer: I gave mine to a friend because it didn't work for me where I wanted it. I kept tripping on it.)

Is it possible to rest you feet still on it? Do you feel supported and relax? Or you constantly need to rock your feet on it?

Yes, I mainly rest on it and only rock it when I actively think about it (well, not really rock - just put my feet at a different angle/stretch them) I do not think it is for everybody, but I think most people are more likely to prefer this than a fixed model.

Do the wheels make noise(any noise) and make a feeling of sticky rolling when rolling on the track ?

Mine make a little bit of a sound. I wouldn't call it a a noise. And they don't feel sticky. But I imagine they would glide more smoothly if I put a little WD40 on the track or the wheels.

how are you supposed to adjust the height?

Loosen the side knobs. Then pull them up or down to adjust the height of the black frame. I would say you can adjust the height by about 4”.
