This is honestly a fantastic alternative to breadcrumbs. I tried it out for the first time with fish cakes. It was delicious and not porky at all (to me and my family) They don’t brown as well as breadcrumbs, but I honestly didn’t mind. TLDR: great product, not porky tasting

After searching for breading options and using The Curators Pork Puffs crushed up I found these. Absolutely amazing. So easy to use as they're very fine so create the perfect crisp breading to any meal. I use the airfryer and this and chicken or fish comes out so tasty. If you made someone a meal using this you would not be able to tell its a pork coating. Yes it tastes meatier than normal breading but it tastes SO MUCH BETTER!! Great for low carb and keto as intention.

Really great product used to coat chicken and worked just like bread crumbs I would reccomend. Only reason for the four stars is due to the price.

I used this to bake carnivore bread. Turned out absolutely gorgeous. Worked well as a replacement for breading too. A bit steeply priced but worth it for the taste avd quality of the product.

Bought to use as part of a keto diet. First thing I noticed is they reek. Very strong pork scratching smell that is really quite unpleasant. Second thing, you don't get much for your money!! I've seen recipes talk about using a cup of these at a time as a coating to make fried chicken - that's the whole bag! And it costs £10! On the plus side they seem good quality, nice soft uniform powder with no unexpected hard bits or anything (you know what pork scratchings can be like...). The taste is very strong so I actually 'dilute' these crumbs ny mixing with ground almonds in a ratio of about one scoop of this powder to 3 scoops of almond flour. Not so overwhelming but you can still taste it. Not that ground almonds are that cheap either, this is still an expensive way to cook. Overall this seems like a good quality product but it's expensive and overpowering. I probably won't buy it again.

Great,as a breadcrumbs alternative, add a little seasoning. I used it to make scotch eggs and it crisped up nicely in the air fryer

Brilliant for being able to make cheese scones on the carnivore way of eating.
