The ingredients seem pretty good for instant noodles, and the portion size is perfect for one person.

Great taste and cost effective. Nongshim is a highly respected company all over the world based on high quality products. One thing others here have mentioned is it is high in MSG that is of course how you get the taste. What I do is consume no more than a third of the soup to keep the MSG level under 900 because the noodles will hold MSG. I recommend this brand for their packaging always safely sealed in a box rather than a plastic rapper and the bowl lid is well sealed.

Very spicy if you use the whole flavor packet. Once you find your level, it’s wonderful. Very quality noodles.

It's great to have a variety of flavors so you can switch things up, seafood when you’re not in the mood for chicken. I add two cups of water and the noodles to a pot, then bring it to a boil at 100% power for about 10 minutes. Once it’s fully cooked, I let it sit off the heat so the noodles can absorb the remaining water—that way, you get a full bowl of ramen, not just half! And don’t forget to stir in the flavor pouch! 🎉😸

**Review edited 09/26/25 - information added about Salt amount in product** I have been riding an indoor bike trainer for the better part of a year now and so am always looking for ways to up my shape and improve my conditioning. One of the ways is to load up on Carbs and Protein hours before a ride. This led me to look at sources that provide just this. Ramen noodles are perfect for this. This product is the 3rd different taste I've ordered and it is one of the better ones, not only in terms of taste (excellent, spicy), but also in NOT going over the limit of salt intake. Some of these are 1600 mgs of salt which is a bit too much for my tastes. I've had to edit my review because I more closely read the serving size information. For whatever reason, the maker of this product has offered two different serving sizes - a full bag (120 grams) and a 1/2 bag. I have no idea why they would do this since they could simply supply the full bag Nutrition Facts and anyone who wanted to could simply double the number to get any of the ingredients amounts. My bad. There are 1680 mgs of Salt in this bag, and so I will be ending my ordering of this. It's just a bit too much for my health. The noodles, if cooked to the full 6 minutes (or to whatever level the user chooses) as instructed was absolutely perfect for me. Just enough softness without being too gluey. Did I mention that it is nicely spicy? As for taste, the seafood it comes closest to is, in my opinion, crab. The price is decent - and meets another of my criteria, and the serving size is also good - 1.2 ounces more than most other products. Because of my closer inspection of the Nutrition Facts, I'm going to have to, unfortunately, lower my rating from 4 stars, to 3. If you don't mind a lot of salt, this may work for you.
