Woh!!! Didnt realise how much dead skin can accumulate in one day!!! This really does get rid of dead skin cells. It makes your skin feel really smooth after too. What I am not so keen on is that it pulls your skin as it suctions as there is always the worry that all that pulling will stretch the skin and make it more saggy. But have not noticed that it is sagging more.Havent noticed age spots or fine lines improve.

Great value for money

Having read the reviews on Amazon and other sites I have to say I am sadly disappointed. My first (!!!) use of the unit, and the motor within the unit slowed to an almost stop three times :-( I had to switch it off and back on each time to get it going again. The ac adaptor is a 2pin plug - not UK 3 pin, which I was not expecting and sure this is not specified in the product info.On the plus side, for the time that it worked, my skin felt smoother afterward if not a little reddish in places but I'm sure that's just from my inexperience in using this type of product, and had the machine worked properly throughout the time I used it, I would've been optimistic enough to think that I would've got to master the use of it and persevered.However, for the motor to fail during the first use, I'm afraid that i will be returning the unit for a full refund and looking for an alternative. For the price paid I was expecting a better product.

Was really intrigued to test this to help combat early signs of aging and wrinkles. Tool is lightweight and simple to use but increased familiarity has certainly improved my handling and useage. Great that it's mains powered rather than battery operated. I underestimated the suction at first but having learnt from a couple of mishaps (red marks around eyes like mini love bites!) I'm really pleased with the results so far - has started to minimise my wrinkles and my face feels smoother. I'm confidently optimistic that regular useage, every other day, will deliver even better results with time.- item purchased at discounted rate for testing purposes

After reading the instructions , l was still a bit hesitant to use this in case l made a mistake. I decided to Google it , and found several good , informative ( and funny ) videos on how to use it on you tube. I found that it left my skin very soft and tingly. I decided to pass it on to my daughter who is 25 , as l feel that she would appreciate it more. It does work well but l felt that it was too time consuming for me.I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for an honest review, which l have provided.

I am always on the look out for ways to enhance the appearance of my skin, particularly as I get older. I saw this Microdermabrasion machine and decided to try it out, and to order from Amazon. I am an Amazon Prime customer which I cannot fault because the next day delivery (even on Bank Holidays sometimes !) is amazing. This seller had arranged for this product to be fulfilled by Amazon so I received it the next day - thank you !I haven't had many facials or tried treatments like this before. But I had heard good things about microdermabrasion, and found this machine really easy to use. I used it after my bath when my pores would be open, and found the suction feeling a little weird at first, but soon got used to it. My skin felt really refreshed afterwards and I made sure that I applied a rich serum after the process to help with the skin regeneration process. Because of the suctioning process, I've built this into my beauty routine weekly as I think more regularly might have the opposite effect. The suction does leave red marks on your skin but these disappear quite soon afterwards (so don't use this right before a hot date !).I found it really good quality and really easy to use, even for microdermabrasion / facial process novices like me. It made the expensive beauty salon processes a more affordable process you can carry out yourself in your own home, and you can't beat that in my opinion !!I received this product at a discounted price, for an honest review (which this is!). Power of this item started off great after a couple of months has reduced dramatically.

This is a review after only 3 uses - I got it Aug.1, 2014! I will update it as I go along.I bought this because I have enlarged pores and congested pores that make bumps on the surface of my face. I was from New Mexico and west Texas, so I baked in the sun for 30 years. Now, I live in the Deep South and that's just a sweaty, grimy proposition. I used to have a peel every year and that really helped, but as I've aged, I guess I have somewhat given up. I also have blackheads and rosaciac acne breakouts around my nose periodically. The blackheads, I extract all the time. I also have sensitive skin!? Although I have seen great improvement with the regular use of my Clarisonic, I was just ready to check in to my dermo for a complete laser treatment when I saw Rejuvaderm.I just snapped it up really not expecting anything, and very cynical about all beauty treatments. I got it and was immediately impressed by the packaging, the lightness and compactness of the machine and the very nice instructional booklet. Before using, I watched a Utube video of a woman demonstrating the use of this machine. I tried it on my arm first so that I could gauge the feel. Then, I hit my pores and blackheads. I started on the 2nd of 4 speeds...There was hardly any learning curve. Think of this as a tiny vacuum. It sucks your skin up so that the diamond head can make contact with your skin's surface. The instructional booklet has a "map" of where and how your sweeps should go, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy-peasy.There is a tiny bit of redness where you pass over with the diamond head, but with a good moisturizer and a good night's sleep, it disappears. After the first use, my blackheads almost jumped off my nose!!! I'm not kidding...when I did my nightly reconnaissance, the few blackheads I had were completely exposed and just slid out so easily without any squeezing and redness!!! Just for that, I give this machine 5 stars. I guess it sanded the dead skin off that encapsulated the blackheads.I have used it 3 times, now. It runs fine, and is very, very quiet and my skin is smoother, my blackheads are going away and my enlarged and congested pores are smoother and flatter. I love the thought that I'm sanding them down!!! I faithfully replace my filter every time and have bought an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for my diamond tip. I now want the two extra diamond tips, the one for small areas and the one for large areas. If this continues to go as well as it has been going, I will make that investment. The only downfall of the manual is that I could not find how to take the tips off for cleaning, changing and replacing filters....you just pull them off, gently.This machine comes with 2 extra heads, one for blackhead vacuuming and one that pushes your serums etc. into your skin. I have not even delved into those, yet. Can't wait!So far, I am LOVING this machine and hope it's going to be around and not just a fly-by-night company. I would just hate for parts and service to not be available.

I'm giving this product a 4 because I have yet to see the long term results. I hope I'm right in thinking that I will be upgrading this to 5 stars!I read reviews & did the research, leading up to this purchase, in hopes that it would clear my complexion of stubborn adult acne & rid my face of the late 20's lines & wrinkles... After using it for a week, the results are noticeable! I woke up this morning, looked at my skin & felt like I was looking 10 years into the past... My skin was youthful & even! Not exaggerating, it shocked me! I can now count the blemishes I have ON ONE HAND (Miracle🙌🏻) & they are healing! I look forward to seeing what this does for me long term!The description wasn't super clear to me, so I'll tell you that it does come with 3 attachments, not 1 but it does NOT come with the brush that is recommended for cleaning them.I LOVE the attachments that come in the box! They are: a basic facial exfoliator, a suction head- for blackhead extraction & an infusion head for advanced penetration of moisturizing products-which doesn't seem like it will do anything to your face but suck up the lotion & make you uncomfortable... But believe me, it's lovely!!! I also ordered the body exfoliator-haven't used yet & the precision head-which I find ***essential for around the nose*** I use these as directed & find that my skin feels new & deeply clean!After a week, my blackheads seem to be disappearing & my pores are becoming smaller (this is a big deal... I struggle!) & the deep lines I had on my forehead have now turned to soft lines that are barely even noticeable! I'm very surprised how quickly this took effect, however I have been adding a vitamin c serum & a peptide anti aging lotion to my routine. The process of microdermabrasion is extremely drying to the skin & moisturizer should be taken into consideration. The effects are heightened when you replenish & protect the newly exposed skin. If you neglect this... Well, you are going to ruin your skin.Over all, this beats any scrub, brush, mask or extracting tool I've ever used by miles!! Friends, this is worth your money!!I hope this was helpful! & I hope that you enjoy using yours as much as I enjoy mine! I have to say that I am EXTREMELY skeptical about buying products that know nothing about. In reading the other testimonials and reviews, I wasn't completely sure that I would be happy with purchasing a product like the Rejuvaderm MD, but....I have to say, that I have only had mine a week; and have only used it 3 times, and I love it! I have horrible acne scarring and decades of sun damage on my chest and neck. I am not 100% certain that this product will bring my skin back to what it used to look like when I was 20, but with this being the very first time I have tried microdermabrasion, I don't really know. What I do know is, that this product is super easy to use, is not uncomfortable, and seems to be working (or at least doing what it is supposed to). My advice (as a novice) is to follow the directions! Use the lowest setting first to become comfortable with using the product, then bump up the power as you see fit. As damaged as my skin is, I figured that the worst that could happen is that it would stay damaged. So far, I'm pretty impressed. The Rejuvaderm MD is sloughing off the dead skin cells, and I think given some time, my skin will look better than it has in years. I haven't tried the Stem Cell Serum, and may not, but I do use coconut oil as a moisturizer, and after each treatment, my skin soaks it up better than it did prior to doing any treatments. I hope my review helps others who may not be sure about trying this product. Worst case, send it back!

I purchased this in June and used it a dozen times. I quit using it in August due to a family medical emergency that continues. I got it out last night and it totally doesn't work. Bummer!! I didn't use it long enough to see results. Buyer beware! It only has a 30 day warranty so I have no recourse. $200 down the drain. Made in China.

I have never written a review of a product before but I have been so happy with the results, I hope this review will help someone else make the decision to give this tool a try. I have seen such a change after only a couple weeks of use! My skin is extremely dry - No matter what moisturizers I tried (I've tried way too many to count), nothing could bring the dead layers of dried out skin back to life. I felt like I was wasting my money on expensive products because while they may have been moisturizing my skin underneath, you couldn't tell. I was searching for something to routinely get rid of that dull dead skin so my skin care products could actually work and produce a noticeable difference. This tool did the trick! I've gotten that natural glow back that I was missing for so long.The tool itself is extremely easy to use and you get faster with it over time. I clean the diamond tip with jewelry cleaner and replace the filter after each use and that leaves me set to go for next time! I'm not convinced the attachment that helps products penetrate deeper actually does anything but honestly, I don't feel like you need anything to help moisturizers work better after you have used the main diamond tip attachment and removed the dead layers of skin from your face. This tool is worth every penny - it is easily comparable to a spa microdermabrasion (which I've had before) but you can do it yourself every night before bed!
