Best Pre-Natals
One of the most comprehensive pre-natals I've been able to find. Pills are huge, but that's to be expected. You're getting 97% of what you need from these. Choline is a bit lower than recommended in newer studies + obviously doesn't have DHA so keep that in mind.

Overall good vitamin
Good prenatal vitamins, you need to eat with them or they may upset your stomach. They are a bit funny smelling but they go down easy. Only disappointment was I had searched gummy prenatal vitamins and this came up so I didn’t search the fine print otherwise I would have seen they are not gummies.

SMELL OF FISH
I think good tablets but they smell of fish and make me gag and feel sick.I would like a new batch sent to me as this is not acceptable!
