This is my second order of the brush. The first time the brush head broke off very quickly, so I had to tape it back on. This second order looks like the same thing will happen as the brush head is loose before first use - I was hoping the first order was a one-off, clearly it’s a general fault.

Really disappointed. Bought 2 of these as one was a gift to my daughter.This applies to bith of thenThey came apart instantly on taking them out of the packaging. The wand bit stayed in the packet and once I took it out it was bent.Very flimsy, couldn't brush my eyebrows within 2 hands holding itI wouldn't buy or recommend
