did see results the first month after starting with the detox then the kit, however it's too expensive for me to buy every month so i would buy it every now and then. the vanilla flavor for me was horrible, I had to exchange it for the chocolate which is better but after taking for a while you'll get tired of it. towards the last time i bought the supplements alone since i still had meal replacements left my stomach would feel a bit sick. so i just stopped the meal replacements and finished the supplements. the new version is far more expensive so i don't see myself buying it again maybe just 1 or 2 supplements for a boost to my exercise regimen.

The flavor we chose was good, but the amount per drink was not enough to be satisfied. The pills very well.
