Since there are so much counterfeit stamps, do these glow green under UV 254nm?

I can't speak for the other sellers, but we only purchase out stamps from the USPS directly. Counterfeiters has also made their stamps to glow green now.

I didn't get my stamps... package shipped empty? what do i do? i paid for two books of stamps and got an empty envelope?
