I TAKE 2 = MORE THAN JUST ONE LACTAID. IT SHOWS HOW MICH IS IN ONE PILL. 1 LACTAID = 6000. 2 MILKAID = 9000.

why dont they show ingredients label?

I'm not sure why they don't show ingredients but it is great for people who are lactose intolarent.
