Unsolved Case Files | Edmunds, Buddy - Cold Case Murder Mystery Game | Can You Solve The Crime?

Enjoyable little distraction for an evening. The story is well constructed and putting the puzzle together does take a bit of sorting through the evidence and really thinking about things. The characters are very soap opera ish (if that’s a thing) but it’s not really meant to be taken too seriously and the actual solving of the who dun it is really well thought out. The way it works with the website to enter your answer it’s very easy to use and you don’t get to move onto the next part of the mystery until you’ve solved the first bit.Would recommend.

Good for family game night

bought as a family christmas present for everyone to play, lots of clues and evidence organised/created perfectly. just as a warning it took us a good 4hr30mins to complete with a little help of hints, but that could just be us! fun game, made very well, but if you are a family who does not have a long attention span/tolerance of patience might have to rethink!

This is a gift for a friend this Christmas so can’t really say much about the contents as it all comes sealed in an evidence bag. It looks great and came a few days after I ordered so no complaints about service and will be ordering another one in the future

Took us about 3 hours all in all, a bit ut unsure what to do at the start but only because we missed the sticker on the inside cover telling you the first instruction. Good fun and the clues on the website helped.

They introduced quite a comedic element to this one with the quirky characters and some toilet humour. Lots of fun. Took two of us about five hours. This one was more on the difficult side than the others.

this was so much fun and kept me entertained for hours, i did it by myself and it took me 3 hours.

The creators have covered all basis in the production of this. To do so there is a lot of reading and investigative work required, often alone, before comparing notes as a group. There is a good hours worth of reading which is not exactly a fun group activity.Having done lots of escape rooms, Enigma styled code breaker games, riddles to get answer which can be done as a group at home or on location with props rather than mainly reading I was a little disappointed.The concept of Unsolved case files is a great idea but I would say challenge completed rather than it being a night to remember for all the fun we had solving the case. I would recommend trying one, but for me, I won't do another one.
