These work in acting as a gut waste binder.
As binders go, these are the best. They are recommended to cure most upset stomachs. They're quite large, but easily digestable to allow them to go to work in your gut. They don't affect your gut microbiome or those that suffer from acid reflux, these do not affect that balance either.
