DellPro KM5221W Keyboard & Mouse

I love the keyboard but I'm still trying to get used to it. A few of the special keys are in a slightly different position so I'm still having to look at the board to get the right one. The mouse is also easy to use and moves smoothly. My only concern about the mouse is the sensitivity of the right click. Just a brief, barely touched tap will bring up another screen, not one I want to see right then. I'm still trying to find a way to reduce the sensitivity on the right click so I won't have to go to another mouse out of frustration with my lazy finger.

We had a normal shipping issue that was NOT related to the shipper/seller. It was delivered to wrong location. I was able to work with someone by the name of Brandon to resolve my issue. Not only did Brandon resolve my issue but he did it instantly and with professionalism. I will 100% be working with this company again because of my experience and quality products received. This is my go-to for my team's new hires that work remote customer service! Durable, quiet, and perfect for quick typing due to awesome connectivity. Never experienced a lag and am still using the one I was provided as a new hire from three years ago! Very durable and I'll continue to stick with this for new employees.

I bought this same keyboard a year ago. The other one started having keys sticking. Hoping this one will be better! I like that it's wireless and it has the number keys on the side.

This has been the best keyboard, I use this and work and love it! Much better than dealing with cords ect.

I enjoy the size and shape keyboard. It is low profile and that is what I wanted. Unfortunately, that is probably the only positive thing I have to say about this purchase. The mouse was not helpful. It’s not responsive and sometimes I have to click multiple times to select something. It is difficult to click and drag to highlight text and as I do a lot of that in my day-to-day job it is important for it to be timely and accurate. I have thrown it away and purchased a separate mouse. I would prefer the keyboard to be lighted, and I did not realize it does not have that functionality. Sometimes you don’t know what you like until you don’t have it anymore. Overall, I am not terribly happy with this purchase and had it not been too late. I would’ve sent it back. Now it’s more of a hassle to return it.

The dimension of the keyboard was smaller than expected. Nonetheless, it's working perfectly. It's the first time using a wireless keyboard and I have no problems with it so far. The keyboard is nice and quiet and I have no problems with it at all. I just wish I knew how to use the print screen function remotely when teleworking. I thought using the FN key would've assist with that, but it does not. Overall, I'm satisfied with it. The mouse works well also and the size fits comfortably in my hand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My mouse failed and I found I could purchase a new mouse AND an associated keyboard I could put on my lap, for a very reasonable price - manufactured by Dell!
