Better than i expected
wanted a safer extension which was durable too. This certainly filled the bill.

Stopped working - no way of contacting Amazon
The 5m cable is not great. Worked well for about a month then just gives up. Suspect something wrong with the surge, but no way of raising the issue with Amazon. Life is just too short to waste time trying to figure out how to get help. Buy your electrical items elsewhere. Preferably somewhere local.
