I was brought this as a Christmas present, used it twice and the wires inside had melted when only in use for 20 mins. This is a very dangerous product which could of lead to a fire if it wasn’t noticed sooner. Please do not buy for your safety

This is the second one, that we have owned, the older one needs a new cord to the control unit, then it should be right as rain!!!

I’ve been having a lot of tightness in my shoulder and neck. I ordered a more expensive heating pad / massager that was advertised as being just for neck and shoulders. It was totally ineffective so I sent it back. I ordered this one and it’s perfect.Not many heating put out very much heat anymore, but this one really does. The massage feature is mainly just vibration but it’s very effective. The heat has a low and high setting. The vibration has four settings. Low pulsating or constant and high pulsating or constant.This is a great product for a variety of back, shoulder, and neck issues.

This is the only heating pad that is long enough to reach most if my back.Its amazingly soft & the heat is fantastic! I bought this one for when the one/same brand that I have finally dies, which wont be any time soon! I wish it was 4" longer to fit my entire back, neck to upper hips. It only reaches the top of my lower back, so I have to scoot it down to get my whole back. The massaging knobs are very painful to lean against & not worth it for the little amount of vibration it gives. I have one I previously purchased elsewhere & ended up cutting out the knobs. I will most likely do the same to this one once the one I'm using finally dies. They last forever!!

The color is nice and the fabric is soft. The size is not really for a full size person. It doesn’t stay connected at the neck if tou even move a bit and there is no strap that goes around the waist. The message mode is a bit loud, but I wanted it more for weight and heat. And it isn’t very weighted at all.

I ordered the thermapulse wrap after seeing the commercial on TV after a rough day when I my back and neck were tired and acheing. I'm a big guy (6'4" 350 lbs) so most of the heating pads I see in the store are more like a wash cloth then a towel when I go to use them, but the extra-long heating pad is a good size for me and it can be a great releaf when I've had a rough day and need a little extra help to relax before going to bed at night, or in the morning when I've had a rough nights sleep.
