Can this be applied on head for cradle cap or is it just for face and body?

I originally bought this for baby acne and dry skin and it has helped with those, but it definitely worked for cradle cap too. My daughter had a case of cradle cap and I rubbed this on her head, left it for a few hours and then gave her a bath, shampooed and brushed her hair with a soft silicone brush and it helped get the dry skin out and her cradle cap was gone in 3 days.

What is the difference between this and the healing balm? I thought I ordered the healing balm and got this one instead.
