how welll does this work on arthritis? what do you NOT like about it? is there a different product you recommend and why?

I have Scleroderma and bought this for exercising my hands. To me, it’s too big for my hands, so I bought “Stress Paul” stress reliever rubber stress purple man (in a fetal position) and it fits my hand just perfectly. My son also bought a “Firm foam star hand exerciser” (yellow and 3 inches) and that works well, too. The purple man is squishier/softer than the yellow star (more firm/harder) but both work well. Both are available on Amazon. Good luck!

How many balls do you get?

Only 1 ball. And unfortunately the finger can break easily. But, it does a good job of helping with therapy on hand and fingers.

What is this filled with?

There is no filling, it's all a foam material.

Mein weicher und schöner gelber Finger- und handtrainer

Ich habe mir diesen Finger- am Handtrainer für meinen behinderten Bruder gekauft, der Autist ist, um seine Hand und seine Finger zu kräftigen und sein Hände zittern ein wenig zurückzudrängen. Er liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr weich sowie angenehm und hat ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Er hat eine schöne gelbe Farbe und man kann viele tolle Finger- und Handübungen mit ihm vollführen. Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und kann nur weiterempfehlen.
