There are several negative articles saying this phone is not unlocked, but mine was able to be unlocked with my old Sim card, with good customer service help. Other customer ratings said the battery has very short life. I don't use my phone except for occasional phone calls and do not use it for data, so my battery life is very good, but if I were using it frequently for data, then that would be different. This phone is advanced beyond my old TCL phone.

One of the lowest cost phones i've found that has a newer OS (Android 10 Go) and supports Wifi a/b/g/n (2.4/5Ghz) which is exactly what I needed. I also like the modest size (~5.8 x 2.6 in.) compared to other massive phones. Battery lasts longer than other phones with moderate use (~2 days) I'm not using it for phone service, but mainly for apps and I've not seen any lags or hiccups with OS/speed. One issue is that it seemed to power off a couple times when I set it down on a hard surface less than 'roughly' (like dropping it from 1-2 inches) but I may be wrong about that as I cannot reproduce it. After I put the case on it has not happened since. I don't use the cameras so cannot comment on picture quality. Good enough phone for my needs.

This phone is total trash. I feel almost mad about all of the good reviews that I read about this phone. It made me think it would be worth it. It won't stay connected to wifi and it absolutely won't use data to go online so I'm stuck with none of the "smart" of this smart phone. Heck, even the phone call quality was trash and it wouldn't even process half of the texts. And the battery drained super fast. I couldn't even get through one hour with this phone without wanting to throw it against the wall and smash it to smitherines!

The size of the phone is really nice. But most importantly I needed a phone that was easy to use and this one fits the bill.

Well I got this one to replace my My STYLO4 by LG Well when you're use to a smart phone like I had Beware. Do not expect it to replace old cell. While this phone is acceptable for a new individual trying a smart phone or next step up. This is Perfect for them. People who have had been using a good smartphone this will fall very short and that's upon opening. It's slow/ lags. An lot's of steps to get to basic's. In the end BUY if you're ok with starting over completely. Me I want to transfer my old information an my actions so when I'm on my new cell it's upgraded but hasn't lost my old actions & gestures . Seamlessly works for me.

I have had this phone for a couple of frustrating months. The first problem was that we had to go into metro store and pay $20.00 to have it activated. Second problem, the camara disabled itself. Third problem is I can not download the pictures from the phone with my current system, I have to email them to myself. The latest problem is that it is stuck in voice text mode which is frustrating and awkward. Not happy.

My Dad who is 85 needed a new phone, he had a flip phone that was ancient and I purchased this new phone for the ease of use for him.
