Can extend and put away super fast. This ball retriever is the best imo. Great design, can set on top and easily flip it over... pulls out balls stuck in mud or under water with no problem.. easy to clean off, doesn't hold water and is made of aluminum so wont rust... ball has never fallen out once it is in. I love it!

This retriever has a longer reach than any I've ever bought. The orange cup snags the ball easily. It is a little larger around & heavier than most but that doesn't interfere with using it.

Broken upon delivery... makes me question the durability of this product. Returning for replacement and will update when the replacement arrives.***update***The new one has continued to holdup since being replaced. Stars up from 2 to 4

I have owned the 15 foot version of the pelican ball retriever for years but the 18 foot version now lets me get all the balls that I could not reach previously.

This fits nicely in my golf bag and it extends out very far. My course is very narrow and lots of woods! This has helped me not to lose golf balls

Honestly… all was well. I’ve shagged probably 1000 balls from the woods of local courses…but as they say, you’re happy till you’re not. Operation of the telescopic components has always been a little tricky, sometimes they’re too loose, other times they seize up. The shaft that hold the golf ball grabber is very thin, got stuck tonight, and snapped as I tried to loosen it. Grabber dead. Wish it was built to be a bit more durable, but why do that when you can sell more cheap product? Ahhh…

The ring kept rotating no matter how tight I tightened the shaft. You want a tool you can quickly retrieve a ball so you don’t hold up your golf partners or the players behind. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Returned.
