Q: The Grover tuners on my 614ce have a screw below each tuner. Will these cover the screw hole?

They will not cover the whole. It sounds like you may have an older Taylor model with Grover tuners? If that is the case you can replace with new grovers or Gotoh make a model of 510 tuner with the screw in the bottom.

Q: Can they fit a Taylor 310 CE

Yes, these are a direct replacement for the Nickle tuners that come on the 300 series Taylors.

Q: Would these fit/replace the tuners on a Taylor 914 ce?

They should fit if your guitar has a small pin hole next to the tuner hole on the back of the headstock of each tuner when they are removed. That small hole mates with a peg on each tuner to lock it in position and keep it from rotating.

Q: Do these fit 10mm holes?

Yes. The post is 10mm diameter. There is a pin in the body. There needs to be a hole in the backside of the head to allow that pin to set. Mine was on a Taylor guitar, so it was a straight, no modification drop in replacement.
