One of the best 23g needles you can get. Out of the 100 perfectly sharp needles, maybe 10 - 15% of them are dull. Other needles around here you will find that like 40% or higher is dull. Also I always would recommend switching the needle after drawing up your medication, and injecting with a fresh needle. This always allows for the sharpest and smoothest experience. if there is pain afterwards, I would say its mixed. Probably due to my own mistakes.

These are reliable and easy to use. Safety features work well and reduce risk during disposal. Only dropped a star because one or two had minor flaws, but overall a solid option for safe medical use at home.

I’m not sure why these have been getting bad reviews lately. I decided to risk it even with the reviews, and the box I received seems to be in great condition.! I’m at least 6 in with no problems, and a visual inspection looks like the rest will be great too. Sharp, straight, easy to use, and inexpensive- what more could I ask for?

My other needles were causing bruising, etc. I have ZERO issue with these! And the value is great. Never buying from the pharmacy again. I have to do HRT injections every 4 days so that's a LOT of needles and I GREATLY appreciate these for the sharpness and depth to muscle they can reach.

I hear others say these are dull, but I have had no issues personally. They slide in easily, with very minimal force needed (at least compared to the needles I would get from insert pharmacy name here). Only complaint is that it is bent just slightly so it can be off-putting to aim properly, but I believe that's a design choice. Strange one, but still works great :)
