Heavy built. Dont flood it with water or allow moisture to sit in it and they last for years. easy way to impart some smoke to your grilling time.

Einfach räuchern
Ich habe mir diese Smokerbox für meinen Weber-Grill gegönnt. Ich habe vor dem ersten Gebrauch die leicht eingeölte Box in den Backofen bei 250 Grad gelegt, damit das Öl einbrennt. Der Rauch der dabei entsteht ist normal.Für die Verwendung im Grill ist die Benutzung einfach. Deckel auf, grobe Späne (4-12mm) rein, 30 min. wässern, abgießen und direkt auf die Kohlen. Nach ca. 15 min. gibt die Box dann Rauch für ca. 10 - 12 min. ab. Bis jetzt hatte ich noch nie Probleme damit, dass die Späne feuer fingen. Dies ist mir schon öfters mit selbst gemachten Alu-Räucherpacks passiert. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!
