Stainless Steel ----------------- The thermally insulated stainless steel dome delivers heat fast and slow cool downs whilst also being extremely fuel efficient. With just a small quantity of wood our ovens are able to reach 300C in 5 minutes. Ovens made of clay and various refractory materials are prone to cracking which affects performance over time our stainless steel construction will not crack no loss in performance and with the added advantage of being totally resistant to harsh weather elements typical in Britain. The Nonno Peppe oven floor -------------------------------- The Nonno Peppe solid slab oven floor base is handmade terracotta bricks (in Italy "baked earth") produced from carefully selected clays and locally sourced volcanic lava sand. The terracotta bricks are capable of reaching optimum cooking temperatures in around 20 minutes.

LOVE OUR FORNO ALLEGRO PIZZA OVEN
We LOVE it!! Looking forward to many many fun events with this oven. Great for home and for our Business Events. Just had a FABULOUS Dad's Weekend Event and people raved about the pizza. In fact a couple people took down the name to order one. Give yourself a couple times to get everything right and it will be a hit. Super great company to work with also. We had some shipping issues (not Forno Allegro's fault) and the company got it straightened out quickly. We are very pleased with our purchase. It is even portable enough to fit in our Motor Home Storage (with the stack taken off) So yes, we will be taking it on our Summer Vacation! How fun to set up camp and have Pizza for dinner!

Great outdoor pizza oven.
Good oven, well made, nice and easy to use. Heats fast. Takes a couple of uses to get to know the oven and what it needs. But very happy. Quick and easy shipping to my door!

So easy to make fresh hot crusty pizzas!
We have only used it a couple times, but the size of this oven will make for many fun nights making pizzas outside. It cooks the pizzas very quickly so you can make many pizzas in small amount of time. Seller was quick to assist when we had questions. If you are looking for an outside pizza oven this is just perfect!
