At last a product that works to alleviate tiredness. Tried different solutions to no avail until I tried this one.Great product, but was disappointed to find no longer available on Amazon, was so happy to findthe company Lifetropics website and order direct.

Only under certain circumstances should men consume iron supplements and they should do so under medical supervision. When men consume iron it can become toxic to the body. The higher the dose the more concerned I am. Luckily with this product, the iron is equal to 5mg per tablet and it is so small a dose it should not be of concern.The other ingredients Magnesium, Rhodiola Rosea, Ashwagandha, Beetroot, and L-Tyrosine will help with energy, stress, and fatigue. I am a great lover of good quality Rhodiola and I truly believe it is potentially one of the best adaptogenic herbs. In fact, in Siberia, it is considered a wonder supplement and doctors issue it for a whole range of complaints such as blood pressure, stress, and a tonic after an illness. The combination is new to me, but each ingredient is known to help heal the body and give energy and indeed this product does increase energy. I am impressed by it and I am happy to recommend it.

I was intrigued by the interesting combination of active ingredients here:Magnesium glycinate, Iron, Ashwagandha extract, Rhodiola Rosea extract, Beetroot extract, L-tyrosine. Capsule looks a bit strange to me because it's white and looks like plastic but it is HPMC vegetarian capsule.I like the name Earth Energy and also the picture of a climber on the bottle with earthy tones is drawing me in.I have been taking them for quite a while and overall I feel great but that can be a combination of other things, too.I have been taking in the past ashwagandha and magnesium separately and I believe in their power.Dosage is 1 capsule each day with a meal and there is 90 vegecaps.So 90 days supply. Which I think is sensible, with adaptogens like ashwagandha it is definitely about longer taking.

Update: 2 different people tried this & they both said they needed less sleep & had more energy. Soyhey do work.This supplement has excellent ingredients...mostly for relaxation! I know a bit about vitamins & herbs. Most of the ingredients here mentioned except L-Tyrosine & Iron are for brain function & calming the nervous system.I took this for a few days & only noticed a little effect. I suppose it's best to wait & see but the ingredients indicate otherwise.Nonetheless, it's a well made & quality product. It's vegan, with no artificial or chemical nasties!Please note "most" herbs & vitamins & supplements are best absorbed on a full stomach unless the bottle states otherwise.
