You probably only need these three grips to increase your grip strength. I should have paid more attention that this set does not come with a foam cover to cushion your hand. Otherwise they are great.

I had to wrap the handles with tape but they have great grip and tension. Increased my hand strength drastically, out grew these within a year.

Its a grip trainer. The grips are texturized for no slipping. You'll build callouses. Solid build. You squeeze and release, and they perform their function well. Pro: Fits in hands. My hands are about 8 inches long. I wear XL gloves for shock protection (lacross/padded) and for dealing with medical stuff I prefer L because I want that tight "like another layer of skin" feel Con: I cant grip the 200 pound grips as many times as I wish I could. But thats a personal issue

If you wish to specifically target grip strength this is a great purchase, espically those starting out. The only problem with these is the lbs is off, the weights are not calibrated to what the actually number its off a little. These are also not the best for those wanting to maintain soft hands these will roughing the skin on your fingers and palms. Overall these are amazing for the price espically for a starter set.

These are definitely a handy trainer to have at my desk when I’m passively reading documents or watching training videos. I have no issues with them. I’m slowly working my way to holding the 200 lbs gripper.

Built sturdy, i don't worry I'm going to break anything. It comes in a 3 pack of varying lbs, so if you're like me, unsure of what you'll need, this was a great purchase. I've got one i can do for endurance, work on strength, and one to work towards. Fantastic. Btw, i purchased a cheaper one before getting this. Just save your money, and buy proper items.

I actually like the rough metal pattern thats cut in. Can hurt a little, but its good for getting used to rock climbing and really toughen up the hands. For sure making my grip stronger though!

I love these....I had those Walmart specials for years....so I got these straight out the bag I had to try them all....the 100lbs was fairly easy..the 150lbs was a lil harder....that 200lbs was nice..I got it with both hands so I'm going to work with these and order the stronger ones....I very good buy..
