Nothing I dislike. You need to buy the mounting plate for your configuration. The switches lock into the mounting plate accurately, but they are a challange to remove till you figure it out. Wiring is secured with set screws. One trick is when wiring up the light for the switch. The light is hooked between the 1Pole and 3Way connections. Now, you don't want to attach the stranded wire of the light directly to the switch. Each switch connection allows two wires, but they need to be the same gauge and same type...solid or stranded. Dont mix stranded and solid. So if wiring with 12 wire, you want to pigtail a 12 wire to the end of the light wire, then insert the other end of the 12 wire into the switch. This way you have two 12 wire solid in the switch, and not a solid and a stranded. In a set of switches I jumper-wire the hot and the white switch-to-switch, then one wire goes back to hookup to the main white and one wire to the main black. If you are wiring three switches to a single light, the middle switch is a 4-way, but that 4-way is only available from adorne as a rocker swtich, touch is not available at least that I know of.

Looks fantastic and the quality is great.

Easy to install and fits properly, however, a bit on the pricy side. ~$27 for a gang plate seems excessive - the only reason for 4 stars.
