I’m not sure about this item.I got it because of all the good reviews. I’ve not noticed any difference since using it. You can’t taste it in drinks, so that’s a good thing.

Hopefully this is helping. What I didn’t realise is that it counts as calories quite highly. Don’t quite jnderstand why - it’s protein. Might change to tablets instead.

Amazing multi-function collagen product
I took this product on recommendation as I have crunchy knees and joints. I find it very easy to add into my breakfast cereal and smoothies with no impact to the flavour of my food. I have noticed in the first month a great improvement in the freedom of movement of my knees and joints and more comfort in doing strength workouts with weights. It’s feels so good to be able to increase my mobility as I get older as opposed to the opposite! So far it appears to be a great product for me and I will be continuing to use it. The company also has a very positive message and vibe which I really like.
