I use this product for muscle recovery. I wasn't completely convinced about its effectiveness until I didn't take it for a week. I was having a hard time recovering from my workouts. The improvements are gradual so you may doubt it at first, but it works. I also love that it is unflavored. It blends well with protein shakes.

This creatine dissolves quickly and is really great. My muscles look bigger with this stuff. Of course there’s no taste and you can put this with your pre-workout or protein shake. Love this company and their product.
