This Tramontina Signature tri-ply clad stainless pan is an amazing piece of cookware. Very sturdy, well made, and easily the best pan I own. Using it actually makes me feel like a chef.The big thing for me is that it becomes naturally non-stick when you use it right. Heat it properly, give the oil a second, and food releases the way people say stainless can if you treat it correctly. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy on the stove, and it has that solid, balanced weight that makes cooking more enjoyable instead of like you’re fighting the pan. Great Value!I’m glad I bought it. Quality is there, performance is there, and it’s the pan I reach for now.

A great, high capacity pan for meal prep.
I bought this to do bulk meal prep of 2+ pounds of meat. I have other Tramontina pans that work great. It feels sturdy in your hand. This always works well like the others. The handle for second hand use is handy for big, heavy preps.
