Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The glass bottle has a black scratch on the side which has a gross texture. It comes with a sleeve so as long as I use that it's useable. I also did not receive the rose quartz crystals that were supposed to come with it, which was my main reason for purchasing this item. Definitely very disappointed since this bottle was over $40 and did not come in the best condition or with all the items it's supposed to come with. I purchased a very similar bottle from another retailer the day before I purchased this one, and the other bottle came with everything and was half the price. I'd suggest purchasing elsewhere.

I bought this water bottle for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! We were both impressed by the great quality of this product, as the durable, thick glass body, with stunning rose gold caps on the top and bottom are lightweight and perfectly slender. The optional tea infuser that comes included is such a nice feature too. LOVE the crystals!…Totally enhances the beauty of this bottle. There’s even a thermal travel sleeve that comes with it that’s great for taking the bottle on the go and it also keeps the bottle cool, or hot! And almost forgot, even the packaging of this bottle was well designed and very well made. Great product! Great design, really beautiful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this and I just got it!! The bottle is absolute quality and the packaging for it was great. You get the tea strainer, two caps, rubber for both caps to insulate against the water, the sleeve, and the crystals already at the bottom. Everything comes apart easily (which also allows for a deep cleansing). And it’s absolutely beautiful! So so so so so happy with this. I think it was definitely worth the price. Super nice too that the glass part of the bottle is dishwasher safe as well.And as a side note, I think it’s great that the crystals aren’t exposed to the liquid. First, of course, because it’s more sanitary. And second, you don’t have to consistently keep up cleansing of the crystals. But for those looking for the affects of the crystals on the water, I believe they work just fine— they’re so close to the water I don’t see how they wouldn’t. I would say I feel more at peace, but I also just got this. So we shall see!TLDR: overall amazing quality and great bottle. I highly recommend it.

This is the girliest, most indulgent unicorn bottle I’ve ever owned. It feels and looks like magic. Initially I was disappointed that the water and stones do not touch. However, this is for hygienic reasons and does not tamper with the GOOD VIBES. I love the rose gold lids and that the stones are interchangeable. Added a black tourmaline to smite energetic gunk. Amethyst and rose quartz are healers/soothers. My water needs a fighter too! Lastly, the tea strainer clicks right into place and is easy to clean. One of the suction rubbers comes apart from the lid when I uncap the tea. Solve this part and it’s a 5 star product.

Not durable at all. Took it out of the box for the first time to clean it, fell over in my sink, and shattered. Not sure if it was the durability or a weak point in the glass. But it should not have broken that easily

Beautiful glass water bottle but when I received it and got ready to rinse before use, I noticed that there was a thick black film of rust from the metal coated along the inside of the metal twist tops and in the grooves of the rubber inserts. Also all of the crystals were disgustingly filthy black.This was so hard to clean because it just left particles of black rust floating around in your water so I probably will return.

The product only came in the box wirh ntohing in it; no water bottle or anything else that the product claimed it had. I’m very disappointed and expect a refund after my shipment.

This product deserves more reviews. I was skeptical at first because of the lower number of reviews but went ahead and ordered. Very impressed with the packaging, quality of the cover, and I love the fact that there is a separate compartment for my crystals. It also comes with a bag full of crystals which was surprisingly more than I thought. Overall, highly recommend. I love it. Also, the product was exactly as pictured

Love the bottle when it first arrived. Looks durable but the moment I washed it before usage the cap fell out. And the cover looks flimsy and fell apart. Though the rose gold colour looks sweet , honestly it doesn't worth the hype. Having delivered all the way from US to Singapore with this standard. I must say quite disappointed..Will continue to use since I've bought it not sure how long it'll last though.

The bottle is beautiful and good quality. The glass is heavy and thick. The rose gold is a nice touch. I would have given 5 stars, however I only received amethyst and not the mix of amethyst and rose quartz.

Unfortunately the stones in the bottom of the bottle had cracked the glass once arrived here. Not good when giving it as a Birthday present :(
