I ordered these Always ZZZ Overnight Disposable Period Underwear, as I needed something that would give me coverage overnight against leaks. These disposable underwear are stretchy and comfortable, and fit just like I hoped that they would. I don't find them to be as bulky as other comparable types of disposable underwear, and yet they're still very absorbent. These are very comfortable to wear at night, and they give me confidence when I need it the most. I like that they really do provide all over coverage, around my legs, hips and everywhere else. They're easy to slip on and off, too, such as when I need to use the restroom at night. I think these are a great product, and I'm happy I bought these. I'm impressed with their quality, durability and overall comfort. It sure is better than wearing bulky pads or other types of disposable underwear. I also feel they protect against leaks a lot better as well. I would definitely recommend these to others, and would order again. I think they're also a decent value for 14 pairs, which is currently listed at around 15.98, at the time of this review. Very nice quality product.

I suffer from amenorrhea, after 200 days my period hit me incredibly heavy. So bad, that I had to wear my mom’s postpartum pads the hospital provided her. She only had two, so I needed something else and fast. Walmart and Target only offer “pads” for incontinence, which is not nearly the same as the heavy flow I was experiencing. I quickly turned to Amazon, and these pads were the only one that could arrive today. I am not this size in the slightest, this size was the only one available for same day shipping, I even paid for 3 hour shipping because I was desperate. But they worked AMAZING, I was a little skeptical, I looked at it and said no way is this holding up what’s coming out of me but it did GREAT. NOT A SINGLE LEAK, EVEN WHEN I SLEPT. Two packs for only 15 dollars, I will definitely come back in case my period comes back again as violently as it did this past week. The size was definitely big, but comfortable, didn’t fall down. I would just fold the waistband and put tights shorts on over!

Add these to your postpartum care package list!!! These have been a lifesaver postpartum. They are incredibly comfortable, soft, and have a nice stretchy fit that doesn’t feel restrictive at all. I also really appreciate how well they fit. They accommodate plus size comfortably without feeling too tight or digging in, which made a big difference during recovery. The quality is excellent. They are very absorbent and I didn’t experience any leakage, even overnight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, these are reliable, comfortable, and well made. I would definitely purchase them again and highly recommend them, especially for postpartum use.

I order from Amazon weekly and rarely ever write a review, but I was honestly blown away by the Always Overnight underwear. I have a very heavy period and almost always leak at night on my heavy days. For reference, on those nights I typically have to wear an overnight pad plus an ultra tampon, and I will still leak through and have to change in the middle of the night. And yes, for those wondering, I have gone to the doctor about this. When I finally got these in the mail, I decided to test them out that night and go to sleep without a tampon or pad just to see how well they worked. I was worried and a little embarrassed to wear them since they are basically like adult diapers, but once you put them on you really do get used to them. For reference, I am 5’3”, 155 lbs, and ordered a S/M since it went by pants size. I have more of an hourglass shape, and for those with wider hips, the S/M is a little snug on the sides, but I personally would not size up. I think the snug fit actually helped prevent any leakage. Throughout the night, I woke up a couple of times just to check since I kept feeling “the gush” and was very aware of not having a tampon in, but there was nothing. When I got up the next morning, there was no blood on the sheets, my shorts were completely clean, and not even a dot of leakage. I was shocked. The overnight underwear held up perfectly and did not leak at all. This was a complete game changer and a total life saver. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone with heavy periods. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair.

Am I about to overshare? Sure. In the name of helping all of those ultra heavy period havers. On my heaviest flow days, I have to use Ultra absorbent (the highest absorbency, above even Super Plus) and change them every hour and a half. This is a serious sleep disruption during an already draining point of the cycle. Enter these. I did get up once during the night, about 5-6 hours in because I wasn't completely trusting. No leaks. And even when you feel that full on flood happening, you don't have to worry. I have not tested how long during my heaviest flow these would last before leaking, but I am very happy and relieved with them thus far! They remind me of the postpartum disposable, absorbent underwear you receive at the hospital, but maybe even better. Buy them. You won't be disappointed. Be careful on the sizing though. Be sure to look at the measurements.

4.5 stars. Now that they’ve expanded the sizes, I’m able to wear these with comfort. I am a size 22, so the L sizes didn’t cut it. I’m not sure how long the 2x sizes have been out, but I’m glad they are! If your preference is wearing pads anyway, this will be a wonderful addition/alternative. No more tossing regular underwear out because of leakage! They might be described to be for overnight, but I wear them whenever. Because of that, something that might be worth considering is how they might look under clothing. I typically wear looser fitting clothing when I’m on my period anyway, for the bloating and such (rolls eyes), so I can’t speak on whether they look bulky under tighter clothes. But I mean, it kind of does feel like a diaper, so I probably wouldn’t use this for skin tight dresses, unless it’s black, maybe. The only reason I docked one (half) star is because I think the surface area of the absorbent parts could be a little bigger. I have a medium to heavy flow, but I think if you’re heavy to extreme, you’d either end up having to change out more often or double up with a pad for the sides. Either way, I think it’s worth a try if you’re on the fence.

I don’t like to use tampons or other internal devices overnight, so I decided to try these. They are much easier to deal with than pads; you just slip them on like a pair of panties. No fumbling with stickers or wings, etc. And they don’t shift throughout the night the way pads tend to do. They fit nicely - snug but not tight - so no leaking, but still comfortable. I would recommend this product and will purchase again.

This is amazing. I have heavy periods at times.. I sleep in these like a baby lol. No spills and it's not bulky.. It's not super noticeable. So you can wear with jeans on the road on an errands day. It's not itchy which is a plus for sensitive skin.
