Wild Turkey Handmade Stainless Steel Collection Wood Handle Hatchet Outdoors Hunting Camping Axe(Brown)

The hatchet and leather holster appear just as shown on Amazon (there were no unhappy surprises). My purpose for purchasing the hatchet was for little odd jobs around the yard (despite its very nice appearance it won't be just sitting around looking pretty ... I intend to use it). Immediately upon receiving the hatchet I tested it out in the yard on a couple of the odd jobs for which was I planning to use it. It was very handy and worked very nicely. The hatchet works nicely for small jobs which are too big for a knife and maybe a bit too small for a heavier axe (and it saves me from the scratched knuckles I end up getting when using a knife on some of those odd jobs ... and it's much faster). It's small and light enough that light chopping can be done using just the wrist. But I think it will work well for use in chopping small trees and branches that are as large as 2 inches, or so, in diameter. In any case, based on my first impression (it's solid and it's handy ... and sharp ... it came sharp enough for most any of my purposes). Anyway, I'm very happy to have the hatchet and glad to have purchased it. And if I had it to do it over again, personally wouldn't hesitate (I like it).
