Excellent plot, built up story really nice book and the characters were awesome. Really worth your time reading it. It took me a whole day to finish it, it was captivating!

Wow wow wow Iv never came across Shantel books before my go to authors haven’t brought out anything new lately and I was looking for a new read.At the start I was going to give up on this book but I kept going and so pleased I did, it’s definitely a slow burner which packs a punch not ONCE did I guess what the out come was going to be its written beautifully the books complete and I’m left satisfied

Perfectly dark, filthy beyond words, Make You Beg offers the reader a mind blowing experience in sin. Twists and turns are inherent to the narrative, and whilst they are expected they feel natural and unforced.The Reapers are four best friends who stick together no matter what. Henley is the fifth wheel who acts like a classic teenager until she unwittingly witnesses something she shouldn’t. Her reactions, and consequent fall from grace, are hard reading, and at times you want to shake her for behaving like a toddler throwing a wobbly.Much of the story follows the back and forth between Henley’s POV, mixed with time jumps around the pivotal plot points, and the journey is a long and tentative one. A lot happens, but sometimes you feel you’re mine the wiser because certain parts are skimmed over (intentionally I expect).Whilst I loved the story, I loved the characters and the intrigue (just the right side of dark and depraved for me), I’m not quite ready to give it the full 5 stars, purely because I felt left wanting. As long and detailed, yet slow and withdrawn, as the story was, some of the best parts felt skimmed over. The narrative was in parts just getting into it, and suddenly you’d feel robbed with a scene cutting abruptly. Excellent plot device, but like a climax, not all are equal.I felt a lot could have been cut without the expense of the plot, and exchanged for more time and words spent on key areas.I still loved this in spite of all the above which sound like incoherent gripes. My feedback is only intended in a positive light, because whilst amazing, there’s always scope for growth and development. A chaos that can be unwound and explored.

Holy Hell that was incredible! I'm gonna need a whole series out of this, there's definitely more stories to tell.Like seriously applause needed, this book is a twisted tale. From start to end this one had me hooked.There were points in the story when I hated just about every character, but I couldn’t look away or stop reading. Just when I thought I had things figured out, everything was ripped away from me. This is a brutal messed up read, and its oh so good.I was screaming in my head at times, for how crazy things got. I wanted to wrap Henley in cotton wool and bash the boys over the head with a bat for the things they put her through.Loved the sharks stopping by. Found the "little doll" name calling a bit cringey, but thats just personal preference.This ones gonna need to be on my actual bookshelf when the paperback releases, it's up there with the Dare series as one of the best bully romances I have read. Its very heavy on the suspense and mystery, it just absorbs you right into the story.LOVED THIS ONE!

So this story was really good. It kept me reading. However, it was very long. It could have easily been 100 pages less with the same amount of detail. Some parts were competitive. I felt some scenes were left out (mfm weekend) and some scenes seemed to be added as a little after thought (rape on camera). Also, I know money talks but how easily these young boys can murder and hide bodies is unbelievable. I felt that this was a really good story with lots of potential I just feel the age ranges of the kids should have been late 20’s not 17. Good read though.

Shantel Tessier owns me, like really owns me right now and I'd sell my soul for more of the reapers at this point!!!Make you Beg is exactly what the title says with its fast paced, page turning, gazillion words of goodness!!! There isn't a point in this book where you feel bored, it flows with perfection, always keeping me in suspense and at so many points when I thought I had things figured out I was totally wrong, that unpredictability makes Make you Beg a double win!!!I love the characters Shantel writes and I can't choose one character I loved more then another as I loved them all in there own roles good and bad they where written perfectly! Now if I can get Dax and Laceys story that would be amazing as I know at this point that's got to happen

Wow just wow , I'm thoroughly exhausted reading this book, the story totally blew me away, it has everything you need in a book and so much more, it is by far one of my best reads for 2021 up to now !!Amazing characters, beautifully written they had depth strength and what I loved the most was the way they fought with everything they had for each other, a kick ass heroine too , I love a strong female lead and this one did not disappoint!!5 stars from me

I’m going to be honest I wanted to give this 3.5⭐️ but with no option to give that I decided 4 was better than 3 because I did enjoy it.Story line was everything you want in a bully romance / enimies to lovers.I loved the twist and how the plot came together it was written beautifully.For a smut read though in my own personal opinion the best parts fade to black like come on Shantel 😫 why are you denying us of these scenes.The one I am most mad about is the first time Law and Hanley finally… it fades to black and to tell you I was as annoyed as when SJM faded to black with Lorcan and Elide that’s how mad I am. For a smut read I really think this scene should have been given it’s full potential.

Do you need to run and read this book immediately? Yes, yes you do! Shantel Tessier is a genius. The way she had a chokehold on me this entire book was insane. I just … it’s phenomenal. That’s it.Plot: 5/5The plot is everything in this book. If you get confused, stick with it. Everything will come to light. I don’t want to give anything away to spoil it, but there is a mystery aspect that when I finally figured it out, my mind was blown. There were so many “WTF’s” coming out of my mouth every time the plot took a turn. I just love that Shantel had me guessing what was going to happen and that I didn’t see any of it coming.Characters: 5/5Law has my heart and forever will. No one can change my mind on that! I was rooting for him and Henley the whole time. Idk what it is about him, but I love him so much. Now, there are 4 Reapers total (Grayson Law, Dax Monroe, Van Rellik, & Ryan Scout). Each one had a part in this book. They are all amazing (except one & I’m not spoiling it). Henley is an amazing heroine. She is strong and doesn’t take the Reapers crap (or at least tries not to).Spice: 4/5The spice in this book was pretty good. It was more angsty to me than anything. But the spicy scenes that were good, were amazingly good! Like blushing everywhere good! Just the chemistry between Henley & Law alone had me blushing!! There are some hard scenes to read in here, so be cautious of that.Overall: 5/5If you have not read this book yet, honestly what are you doing with your life!? This is one of the best high school bully books I have ever read! I will forever be recommending this book and shoving it down peoples throats. It’s just so good. Revenge mystery with steam? You can’t go wrong. Must read for dark romance lovers!

This was such an addictive read, I could not put this book down. I just had to know what was going to happen and the ending was so good. Some parts were pretty unexpected, which was such a surprise and I adore being surprised in books. I love trying to fit the pieces of the puzzle together and then once that one piece is put into place it’s like a light goes off and so much makes sense.While I did enjoy this book overall, I found that I couldn’t put it down in the beginning and then the middle was pretty slow. It was still building on the tension and little things which start to make sense at the end. However, once there was a huge reveal I feel like we just hit the ground running and didn’t stop until the last page. Everything was broken down and I love that all of the little things that seemed so minuscule actually had an ulterior motive. Also, that small/big reveal with the fathers at the end… Just icing on the cake. It added a little bit more that we didn’t know we needed.I don’t know how much of this I would actually called a bully romance. I guess it was but I feel like it was more of a suspense/mystery with some bully love on the side. Obviously there is a relationship but I feel like the mystery and events held my attention more. Possibly because the relationship wasn’t all consuming and worked well while everything was being exposed.Overall I did enjoy this book. The ending was perfect and I feel like everything was wrapped up in a nice little bow.

Der schreibstil ist für dark romance wirklich gut und das Ende der Geschichte nicht vorhersehbar und gerade deshalb großartig. Gleichzeitig unterscheidet die Autorin zwischen einer narzisstischen PS und BDSM, was tatsächlich eine Seltenheit ist. Mich persönlich störte teilweise die extreme Gewalt. Ich wollte abbrechen, muss aber sagen, da der Aufbau und das Ende der Geschichte tatsächlich sehr gut sind, bin ich froh es durchgelesen zu haben und auf gewisse weise ergibt die Story einen Sinn, was bei dark romance eine Seltenheit ist. Das außergewöhnliche an der Geschichte ist, dass ich nicht sagen kann, wer hier der Schuldige bzw Böse ist, denn alle haben Fehler gemacht und alle haben Gründe für ihre teils schrecklichen Taten. Ich habe das Buch 2 mal hintereinander gelesen, weil ich es so gut finde. Trotzdem bitte nur lesen, wenn man extreme Gewalt ertragen kann.

I don’t know where to start...😂 My emotions are all over the place right now!?!So it took me a big longer that usual to get into the story but once I did OMG WAS IT SO WORTH IT!!🖤 this read was 🅟🅗🅔🅝🅞🅜🅔🅝🅐🅛!Henley’s and the Reapers story was incredibly 𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 !It got me clutching my kindle till I got the answers I desperately needed, and left me staring at the last page asking myself ‘wow!?!’ how did I get here... And that is 𝒶𝓌𝑒𝓈𝑜𝓂𝑒!🖤👏🏻It was intense, emotional, hot & steamy, also extremely twisted, darkly gripping and oh so mysterious... The 𝚙𝚕𝚘𝚝 𝚝𝚠𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚜 kept on coming, 𝕣𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕝𝕚𝕖𝕤 coming to light kept knocking me off my seat 😳 I was completely 𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚗 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚕𝚘𝚘𝚙 and I loved it!!! I was clueless to what was going on and kept wanting, no 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆, to know what happened!!!! Those little snippets of the past kept dangling the truth just out of reach.Each ⒸⒽⒶⓇⒶⒸⓉⒺⓇ having their own versions of the truths kept me guessing and 𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 till the last page! I was screaming at characters or a situation taking place, rooting for others (or both at the same time😂), questioning my morals and my sanity too lol..! And the big unravel, oh my, it got me gasping! Stop the search, You’re on the right pageOh boy, this was such a HOT read🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I remember the first few chapters in the bully me anthology. At that moment i was already sold, and very mad that it ended there. For months i’ve been guessing what would happen next. But my thoughts never went the way that the story did. Im still lost of words how good this book is! Many different pov’s, but it made the story so clear. Not messy at al, it was so chill to read.Worth 10 stars, but sad enough only 5 are allowed... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also Grayson bby, you can tie me up whenever you want 🤪
