So I needed to replace my old laptop but was not expecting there to be so much choice!After much review reading I opted for this model. I use it for surfing the net, watching movies, playing Spotify etc but not gaming so I don't know how it would fair for that. The screen is sharp and the sound is great thanks to B&O. The screen folds flat so you can use it as a tablet if you wish. Oh yeh, and it comes with Microsoft Office.Don't be put off by the whole 'S' setting thing. It took about 5 minutes to change. Be aware though, you can't change it back.All in all, really please with it...nothing I don't like about it 👍

I purchased this item because my full sized laptop had 'died'. Although I managed to get that sorted I do use the new one too. I have no issues with it, except I made an error by not checking it had a number pad. That was overcome by purchasing a relatively inexpensive remote number pad.

The media could not be loaded.  The battery doesn’t last more than 6 hours. It was fully charged when I started using it around 9.30 am and now it’s 14:37 and the battery is about to die

Lap top is fine, the promised microsoft office one year subs was missing, and though Amazon promised to refund this, it has not happened.
