Kirkland Signature Easy to Use, Streak Free Premium Dishwasher Pacs, Automatic Dishwasher Detergent

This stuff is great I learned about it from Consumer Reports. They TESTED multiple brands of dishwasher detergents against one another and this came in second place (rated 96, with first place rated 98), but at roughly half the cost of the first rated product, making this a bargain in my books!And yes, it works great in my dishwasher!

This is our go to dish dishwashing detergent. It’s just the basic detergent which is all that’s required. It gets the dishes very clean with no filming. The price is excellent as most Kirkland products are as well as a good quality.

You can open and close this with one hand. Very convenient. Plus you can buy Kirkland without going to Costco and looking for an hour after they changed the shelf location again.

This product works. I had spotty glassware from the brand-name gel I was using. One use with this & everything sparkled. I don’t know if this product is better than other pod brands b/c this is the only “pod” I’ve used. I also don’t know if it has a stronger chemical smell than others but it IS a strong smell (in the appliance, not on the dishes). I don’t care about the smell, I want clean glassware. I gave it 4 stars b/c the container is oddly designed- it doesn’t open easily. I’ll continue to buy though b/c I know it works. If I keep trying different brands, searching for 100% satisfaction in smell, efficiency, and packaging— I could end up having 700 pods laying around. I have other fish to fry, I’m satisfied that it works.

It's very convenient to use ... you just pop one pack into the dishwasher detergent holder, and no need to think about it any further. I think it cleans well (haven't used anything else in a long time to compare it with). However: I see tonight that you can get the same product directly from Costco (which makes the Kirkland brand) for about $12.00 less than this one.

You know that yucky dishwasher smell? I bought these after noticing a friends smelled good. This is what she uses. Now I do too.

First, I will say that this product will leave your dishes absolutely spotless. Sometimes my dishes still have pretty heavy debris on them when I put them in the dishwasher and it still leaves them squeeky clean. It's also really reasonably priced compared to other products.With that being said, I will not be ordering it again as it leaves a terrible odor and taste. When I run the dishwasher the whole kitchen and part of an attached room smells like a terrible chemical. I'm wondering if the smell will ever leave my plastic dishes. I can taste it when drinking from my cups/mugs. I'm nervous they are ruined now. I'm so bummed out because even though it cleans well it's useless because of this issue. Would 100% not recommend!

I love that you can buy these Kirkland dishwasher pacs off of Amazon. It's so much easier to get them delivered than running into Costco just for these pacs. I feel like they clean just as well as Cascade, I don't have water spots from them. I never use a rinse aid. The value is awesome, and lasts me so much longer for a better price versus other brands. I've ran out before and grabbed a pack of other brands from the store to hold me over until I got these, and I didn't even finish the bag, I gave them to someone else because I like them that much.
