I’m in my early 40s and have very fine, thin and FRIZZY as hell hair. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and anything I’ve tried either didn’t work or left my hair looking oily and gross. The FIRST time I used this shampoo and conditioner my hair looked less frizzy and my hair felt so silky soft I was stunned!!! I’ve been using it a few weeks now and my hair is no longer frizzy and actually has volume for the first time ever! Even my coworkers have commented on how beautiful my hair looks!! Not only does my hair feel and look great but I have a thinning spot right in front and I’m actually seeing new baby hairs growing!!!! 😲 I’m so thrilled!!! I can’t say enough how amazing this product is!! Not only that but it is cruelty free, sulfate free, made in the US and it smells amazing!!! It sounds to good to be true but it’s not!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making such a miracle product!!!

I usually look for products with a pump so I can use one hand to get the product out while showering. I hate getting to the bottom of a container and waiting for the last bits to collect to the top while up-side-down. Half the time, the bottle tips over and the product slides back to the side of the container! I was sadly disappointed when I got my conditioner and the pump was broken. Amazon, however, did send another where the pump does work and since I do like the conditioner and it works well, I will be keeping the bottle and returning the pump. I hope they will send me a new pump attachment. Product would have gotten a 5 if the pump worked and I was not inconvenienced in reaching out for a new one.

I have had numerous problems with the Biotin products. The Pumps don't work and the product is so thick that I had to take the top off and literally manually make the conditioner come out.

First dispenser pump arrived broken but contents of bottle still useable. Second order arrived with improved, not broken, pump dispenser that works very well. Product thickness and consistency is very good; I especially like its absence of scent -- almost odorless but maybe a slight hint of vanilla? I live in a hot climate where the humidity is (thankfully!) sometimes as low as 5% but I believe Biotin keeps my hair moisturized.

It’s hard to get out of the bottle, the smell is ok, it feels like lotion going on but doesn’t soothe on your hair. It also leaves a weird feeling on your hands. My hair is no smooth after and I have to use a detangler just to brush my hair. Leave me hair dry and it feels damaged. Very disappointed.

Conditioner is really nice. My hair is now shiny. No more dryness, it smells very nice. Made my hair shiny and manageable. I have been using this since last year. I still have falling hair but minimal. My hair got thicker and see lots of baby hair. Be patient, allow it do it’s magic.

I have tried many hair conditioners and they just are not suitable, some have too much softness, so my hair just lies flat, and others have too little which makes my hair fly away. This conditioner is just right for my hair. Leaves my hair shiny and manageable.

Everything was great but the head or the bottle head was not working properly it was stuck if you can fix that
