Perfect!
Ok let me start off by saying, you are paying $50 a unit. If you are doing a direct compatison to a $700 unit this would be a 3 star, but read on for that.Pros:- Great range (clear within 1/3 mile, 1/2 a mile starts to cut out)- Easy controls- All features work with LG V20- Battery life (get about 6 hours of continuous use)- SizeCons:- mic foam a little big for my full faced helmet- The cord attaches in an awkward way (it is backwards so you have to twist cable)- Audio has some tinny qualityI had VERY low expectations for this when I bought it. It has suprised me at every turn.It works with what I consider good range, if you are more than a 1/3 mile away from your riding partner focus on road. After this distance buildings and trucks can cause interference. You do need to talk louder than normal. Again every time I started to complain I thought, you saved $650 or so go buy a throat lozenge. But in all honesty it isnt that bad.The music feature works, sound quality could be better but again, great for the price. The volume on this can get very loud so even if you have a noisier helmet you should still be able to hear your music at some level.Easy to connect with other riders. Now here is where paying more might help as you can only direct connect 3 units, which the more expensive ones you can do 8+.I wish the microphone foam was a little lower profile as my helmet cuts in closer to my face and I have to work harder to get it in a comfortable spot. If you have a helmet with more room in front this will be no issue. After about 80 mph it does get a little hard to hear person on other side but at these speeds you shouldn't be telling your life's story but basic directions and gas needs.Ear pieces fit fine. I have heard these ones are a little harder than the name brand version but again the price will be fine. I did a 7 hiur ride with minimal stops and was just fine.Ultimately unless you know people with more expensive units or are doing video blogs this is perfect. Even if you are thinking of buying more expensive ones get this first and see how much you use it. Nothing worse than paying a ton of money for something that sits there more often than not.

Good quality, great value
Received the FreedConn TCOM-SC system 3 weeks ago and very happy with it. Simple to set up (worth taking the time figuring out how to best position the cable so nothing moves when putting on / removing the helmet)Bluetooth works quick and well, decent sound quality, easy to switch from calls to music etc. Great value.

Very happy so far
Was a Christmas gift this year. I have an HJC i10 helmet that already has cut-outs for speakers and a mic. Install was a breeze. You just have to remove the liner and use a small blunt "poker" to help push the wires in the grooves built into the helmet. Based on other reviews, I chose to use the bracket that allows you to clamp to your helmet and not the double-side tape. I am careful not to drop or bump it and so far so good.Battery life is excellent. When you power it on, it even speaks the battery level to you. I ride almost every weekend and have only needed to charge it once since Christmas. It uses a micro USB plug for charging and that port doubles as the connector for the speakers and mic so you cannot charge it and use it at that same time. I also had to get a different micro USB as the cable sheath I already had was too fat to fully insert.Sound quality is pretty good as well. As most have said, not a lot of bass, but that is to be expected from speakers so small. I can hear my music just fine while riding and I have a stage 1 kit with V&H Straight Shot pipes. It works great for navigation too. Haven't had a need to try phone calls yet or the intercom feature.I will that that Siri does work...but...not while I'm riding. I think the background noise is just too much to overcome.

Easy to install and works great
I bought this for two up riding - easy to install, decent sound and really makes having a pillion passenger easier.Clip holing it on is a little weak but I packed it out and that secured it a lot better.Would recommend for town use and highway speeds only, but recommend this rather than paying 600+ For name brand model.
