GINSUKiso 4.5" Utility Knife, Black - Dishwasher Safe and Always Sharp

Nice Knife... but came in much smaller than expected... It's more like a large paring knife.

Its made very well and the right size for cutting vegetables for small meal tasks, love the polished blade finish and weight!

It's a bit lighter than I thought however it meets my needs. It cuts fine.So, for the price, I'd recommend it.

Well balanced and feels good in my hand. As some noted, it cuts better cutting forward.

I like this knife that replaced my serrated edged knife I had for years! I can use it for all my basic needs! Good quality and the price was right!

These knives are scary sharp, they should come with a protective sleeve. The smooth plastic handles are not as large or contoured as I'd like, kind of slippery. Inexpensive and serrated, so they don't require sharpening just send them to recycle. My last one gave me about two years of use on poly cutting boards for home use, but that was an older one that had different serrations (I think) and handle, definitely Ginsu though, I had a set. Too bad you can't return it.

Finally, a knife that chops veggies (onion, celery) that isn't unnecessarily long so it's lighter and more comfortable for my arthritic hands. It probably won't stay super sharp as long as a really high-end knife but it fits my budget and I don't use it often anyway.Even though it's dishwasher safe, I've decided to hand wash it to keep the blades sharp longer. Many reviews for expensive Santoku knifes said the handles were loose or parts of blade sticking out of handle. Not this one. Handle is plastic, smooth, sturdy, no part of blade protruding.

Io l'ho trovato in offerta e pagato molto poco, devo dire che me lo aspettavo liscio e non seghettato, ma è comodo e tagli a benissimo, lo consiglio

Além de ser bonita pra caramba corta até pensamento. Ela é pequena pensei que o tamanho era maior. Mas estou feliz emfim tenho uma das famosas faca Ginsu iááááá testada e aprovada como podem ver nas fotos
