This went a long way to setting things right in my gut health so A+ on effectiveness. I went through 2 bottles of this and it just fixed me. I’ll definitely order this again if my gut gets out of sorts in the future. They were easy to swallow and no taste. Great quality and so worth the cost!

This with Gut Restore probiotic is awesome for leaky gut, you can notice a difference almost immediately. I am a doctor and Dr. Axe is my #1 alternative health doctor and doctor in general I go to for health and wellness advice. I read his “Eat Dirt” book on leaky gut, it is good as well.I have combined these two supplements with the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP Diet) and have stellar results. I was severely ill, I was throwing up almost every day and developed all kinds of auto immune symptoms. My healthcare team (4 M.D. specialists) couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was 90% sure it was leaky gut. Literally in 4 weeks with these supplements and following the AIP diet strictly, I was 95% symptom free..I had my life back.There were a few foods Dr. Axe said were ok in his leaky gut protocol laid out in his book, but they offended my system. These same foods were excluded on the AIP. I have been taking 2 Capsules before meals, and I think it is helping for what these are described for? Directions read 2 Capsules a day. I am an RN and decided a daily dosen would not be enough as a daily dose not enough!

I personally like Dr. Axe. That’s why I bought this product. The product so far is very good. I feel it working. I started it a month ago. I think an honest review takes time. Anyway, I hope this helps someone.

Will no more when I do bloodWork again but so far I think it’s good

These pills smells like poop and are big and every time I made myself take it always felt like throwing up and didn't do me any good . I broke out in big pimples and I took those pills to help with my gut but I didn't feel any good or see Just the big pimples and stop and now no more big pimples. For me this didn't do no good and I don't know how this has a lot of good reviews 👎👎 Nasty I will never buy these pills again. Run away from those big Nasty poop smelling pills. My Money in the trash.

These are probably great, but I had so much trouble swallowing them that I had to try a different brand. For context, I have always had trouble swallowing large pills. Often I will struggle when others don’t so it could be this would not be a problem for you. If you have trouble, though, then I would recommend a brand with a smaller size pill.
