Has really helped to reduce hot flashes!
I have only been taking for a few week. I have noticed a reduction in hot flashes. I was concerned about how the supplement may make me feel (I.e. nausea). I take them at bedtime and I haven’t noticed any side effects.

Good for regulating a healthy cycle!
OK, so I am officially giving this supplement credit for a consistent period and short periods. My natural cycles app gave me a compliment and said my schedule is very regular!! I am off birth control and have been for several years but started using this supplement after I got off and I have been using it for several years now. I think it has really helped me and it helps with sleep quality too!

Very fresh whole pills
The product arrived on time and every pill inside the bottle was very fresh. After taking 2 pills yesterday afternoon I felt a definite increase in energy. This stuff works.

this product has been great for me. My hot flashes are not as severe and keeps me more alert. I've been using it for about 4 months now. I did stop it once during that time and noticed that my body worked better while using it.

I feel worse on this
This was awesome the first day I took it but then I couldn’t sleep that night. I have been taking it for 5 days now and each day I feel worse. Tired, headache and brain fog. Not for me.
