ELVIS Zebrawood Concert 23' Ukulele Bundle with Gig Bag,Professional 23" Acoustic for Professional Performance

I just received my Elvis Zebrawood Concert Ukulele today. My initial impression is that it is well built . It has scalloped joinery (purfling?) and horizontal bracings to the front and rear soundboards. Although it appears to be laminated (judging by the different woodgrain on the interior and exterior sides) , this does not detract from the sound quality which is excellent. I have a flame maple tenor and a mahogany soprano ukulele; apart from the pitch differences between these instruments, this zebrawood concert sounds like a happy medium between the warm, full sound of the mahogany and the bright, clear sound of the maple. I plan to use this concert as my practice go-to, for which it is ideally suited. It is easy on the eyes and the ears.

This was a Christmas gift for our 13 year old daughter. Based on previous reviews and price I decided to go with this instrument. I was a bit skeptical because of the brand name being Elvis as that seems like it could just be taking advantage of a legendary name to sell a substandard instrument, but was very happy with this Ukulele. It looks and sounds great. The tuning machines are solid and my daughter loves the zebra wood design. She says it's much nicer than the ukelele's at school. I also liked the fact that it came with a case which was another deciding factor in my decision to purchase this unit. Very happy with our purchase.

I am amazed at the obvious quality of the ukulele considering the price, the more so because it is replacing a similarly priced ukulele from another Amazon seller that was a complete disappointment.The abalone inlays are beautiful, the build quality is much, much higher, the finish is smoother (especially the frets, which were horribly rough on the other brand). Buy with confidence, and get a Asurion replacement plan for complete satisfaction.

My new concert ukulele just arrived and I could not be more pleased. I've played ukulele for many years. I had not heard of "Elvis" brand ukuleles but I thought I would give them a try and I have got to say the workmanship is impeccable with a great tone and loud volume! The Zebra wood and abalone inlay is beautiful. Engraved "Elvis" tuners? Seriously. The intonation is spot on. The action may be a bit high for some players but is standard factory setting and is no problem for me. The gig bag is nicer than I expected. I would definitely buy again. It is a super buy. Sometimes you take a chance on something new and can be very pleasantly surprised. Great work Elvis! You are on the right track. Keep it up.

This is above my expectations. Plays beautifully and is a very nice size. Plus it has the case and the Aquila strings. The case has a strap on the back that's adjustable and a hand carry option on the side. A small storage opening in the front is a nice option as well.

What a great little uke for the money! Sweet, soft sounding and such a unique look....I play guitar and want to add a few uke songs to my set. Also bought a little pickup that works perfect with it!

This is a great ukulele! It holds it's tune very well which is difficult to find in a lower priced ukulele. I recommend the concert size ukulele even for beginners because it has a slightly better sound and it's a little bigger making it more comfortable to play. This is my first ukulele, but I've played more expensive ones and I'm still very happy with this one. If you're a beginner I would highly recommend this instrument!

I think that it is perfect. And it is a beauty with a great sound. You would expect to pay double the price for it when you see it. The bag for it is made very nicely, I am more than pleased with my new Ukulele.

到着は、とても早く注文した翌日位に手元に来ました。アリアのAU-2ソプラノとの比較ですが、サイズのせいもありますが音は大きめです。しかし、アリアに比べてすぐに音が狂います。施してある貝のバインデイ￥ィングは、とても安っぽくてプラスチックのシールの様です。入門用には手軽な値段ですが、少し奮発してハワイアンコアの合板の物にすれば良かったかなと思いました。

基本的な造りは良い方ですし、このお値段を考えれば十分です。ただ、ボディーの縁取りをしている装飾が螺鈿風の安っぽい樹脂のようでちょっと残念でした。

板のカーブ部分が割れていました。同じ価格で買った もう一台のほうが音が良い感じがします。練習用のため、安く買えたのでそのまま使用する事にします。

対応も早くて、良かったです。また利用したいと思います。ありがとう御座います。

ゼブラウッドがとても美しい！木材の繋ぎ目のわからないところも魅力のひとつですね。音もギターより心に優しく響くので、日々の癒しとなっています。ただ私の持っているのは、１度弾いて一晩置くと、調律を毎回合わせる必要があります。これはウクレレの特徴なのでしょうか。まぁその都度Appleのアプリで合わせればいんですがね。総合するとかなり評価が高いです。薄く軽くて持ちやすく、表面がすべすべしており、ずっと抱えていたくなるウクレレです。
