Can this be used as a watercolor?

I wouldnt.there are certain things ment to put on your body,this is not one of them.

While you can use MEYSPRING's Royal Gold mica powder to create metallic ink, it is best used for fountain or calligraphy pens. This is because all of our mica pigments are made up of extremely fine particles which don't dissolve, meaning they can settle in ink after a while, potentially causing clogs in ballpoint pens.

Would this color liquid silicone if mixed and then allowed to set?

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can use our Royal Gold and any other MEYSPRING mica-based pigment to color liquid silicone projects as long as it is a clear or translucent silicone. If you use white or colored silicone, it can affect the final color of the pigments.
