Great product. When i bought this, the price is little bit costly but i cannot wait. Buy this if the price is around 44k at the website. You can avail your own discount coming up with your cards. I used this with my Sony A6700. No regret at all. Photos and videos are great. No problem with the stabilisation for me. I am a hobbyist and notna professional one and i shoot not too often.

Best lens for sony apsc sensor I have paired it with a6700, best combo for video and photos,the lens is sharp and has fast focusing. Little heavy,but an all rounder lens.

It’s a great piece of glass, well built, superb clarity and value for money. I got it or 40K in sale. It feels slightly heavier in the beginning on small APSC cameras. Vibration control is decent. Since its an open-box delivery, buyer should take time checking not only physical status but operational workings of the lens. Autofocus, vibration control etc. Amazon should be more careful with packaging (there was no foam padding or airpockets inserts ) and guide delivery person about sensitive products. I have seen pickle being delivered with better padding and handling.

F2.8 makes this very versatile. for casual stuff you won't need another lens unless you want telephoto. it's sharp and the bokeh is decent. comes with stabilization that lower end sony mirrorless cameras lack. the only con i can possibly think of is that it's kind of large so it will take plenty of space in your bag but you won't regret carrying it around.

constant 2.8 is a blessing and above that VC helps to take photos in low light handheld with lower shutter speed. Lens is sharp. Amazingly versatile. Weight is good. There are heavier lenses than this so no complaints. I chose this over sigma because of +20mm range and VC
