The best go-to salt
This is the hard-to-find go to salt product for any serious cook or chef. The grains are uniformly consistent in size, the tase is superior, and the flavor profile is always well balanced. The only thing preventing a five star review is the box it comes in. Pouring is somewhat difficult to establish consistency with, and a standard teaspoon does not fit into the opening.

Lower your salt intake
If you bbq, this is the ONLY salt you should use. In fact, for daily salting, you will use less and get the same result. The flakes just melt in to the food so it doesn't take much at all!

Perfect Finisher
The flakes are more for a finishing salt. Diamond is the best! Don't substitute with Morton course kosher salt.

Expensive but the best salt
The best salt on the market in regards to being pure with very little if not any heavy metals in it. I’ve looked extensively into chemicals that are in all foods water etc. This salt is the best and safest you can buy for your family. All be it pricey. Highly recommend.
