This had the potential be a great alternative to the ugly black crates. It was easy to put together, and it looked nice. Unfortunately, the roof to this one did not fit properly. We tried calling the company and leaving messages but no return call from them. We tried email with the same results. After several weeks, we contacted Amazon for return as we could not use it without a roof.Amazon could not get a replacement and suggested returning it. The first Amazon rep emailed us a return label and instructed us to take it to any UPS store; Amazon policy in this case was to reimburse the shipping,It’s a good thing we checked the UPS shipping calculator before lugging the large, heavy box there. The cost was going to be over $300 to ship it to England! as per the shipping label.I called Amazon again and this agent said the first rep was wrong and the return label was wrong! We would have been out over $300 out of pocket if we had followed through with the first agent’s instructions.All told, this crate turned into a fiasco and disaster just because the company never replied regarding the roof.If you want an open top pen, this is one is really very nice. But if you require it be enclosed, unfortunately this one cannot be recommended.

The perfect size for a bedroom dog pen! I previously bought the 4’x4’ pen made by Iris, and it was absolutely too big for my place. I feel this size is more suitable for small dogs as well. She loves it & it’s tall enough that she can’t get out.
