Can we hang the bags to those hooks? Are they string enough to handle sports bags?

Yes, as long as you have mounted it on the wall securely, you can definitely hang bags off the hooks.

Here are the full dimensions. They can be located toward the bottom of the listing, past all sponsored products and suggested products. 35.9w x 9.4d x 27.9L inches

I have tennis and badminton rackets. Are there hooks to hang 4 or more bats ? I only see two rope danglers for two tennis rackets.

There are 6 hanging hooks across the bottom to hang up anything except baseball bats. On each side there are 2 hooks to hang up a bat (so you can hang two bats on each side, 4 total) or you can use those same bat hooks to hang up other hanging stuff which would end up letting you hang up 4 additional things on each side if you aren't using them for bats.

What if you only have room for two shelves high?

The horizontal pieces have to be mounted to the wall, so you’d need to have enough space for that.
